Our interns in spring 2022

Many of the Chamber of Scientists’ projects are run with the help of interns from all over the world. If you would like to gain experience in event organising, public relations work and running a NGO, we are happy to receive your application. Our current interns carry out tasks like posting on our social media pages, contacting sponsors, writing press releases, and texts about internships for the website (I can recommend doing your internship here; very nice people around!). Interns also support event organisation which includes contacting speakers, booking a venue and advertising the event, and depending on which project you apply to and your personal interests, you may also have the opportunity to attend MCS meetings (e.g. with our council) or do some website editing. What our interns don’t do is make coffee, printing tasks and (at least very rarely) filling out excel sheets. We work in a fun, inclusive environment and support our interns with regular one to one meetings to make sure they are getting the best out of their time. After staying with us, our interns have worked in diverse fields all around the world. If you’re up for an exciting productive few months, apply to join the MCS intern team!
